This year we’ve introduced as many as 3 ticket packets packages. All tickets bought in 2020 remain valid and are treated as a WARRIOR packet package. What’s more, we want to thank all of those who kept their tickets from last year – they’ll all receive a surprise during the LARP accreditation!
WARRIOR
The absolute classic of its kind stands before you! The “Warrior” packet is the simplest (and the cheapest*) way to join the group of extraordinary people who spend their coveted holiday in conditions that offend human dignity. To whom do we dedicate it? Undoubtedly to connoisseurs of the simple and proven solutions. To those who understand that life doesn’t have to be complicated and that wine for 13 PLN sometimes looks and tastes better than that for 40. To those, who facing a 3AM post-bender gastro-emergency simply buy a thin dough kebab. Wanna come to OT? Get the “Wah-rio”! You will receive a bag of gadgets for that, and the emotions you could tell your grandchildren about completely gratis!
HERO
If you’re into gadgets and you like to show off your swag, the HERO packet is just the thing you need! A custom OT T-shirt will be a huge hit wherever you show up in it. The mug coasters will be met with a murmur of appreciation when your friends come by and you serve them supermarket beer for 1.88 per can. At least we think so… This year, show the world that OldTown is in your heart! Be yourself. Be a hero. Be 2/10. Buy a “hiro” and grab some souvenirs that will be with you for years! If, of course, you don’t lose them on the first day of the Festival…
LEGEND
Only a few times in life do we get the opportunity for the Ultimate Shtick. This is the LEGEND Packet. Total checkmate. Yahtzee. Endgame. The end of your search for sophisticated bling. LEGEND is like a cream roll topped with chocolate. Strictly limited to 50 pieces, it is the Holy Grail of post apocalyptic gadgets. Imagine this: you click “buy now”… and then you are enjoying a beer at the festival, “LEGEND” is bought, nothing else you need. You sit comfortably, you watch some shows, the mechanics lying in your lap, LEGEND is bought, so you have no needs, no testosterone, you don’t have to fight with anyone because there is nothing to fight about… Buy the LEGEND and take no prisoners!

TICKET POOLS AND PACKET UPGRADES
- Got a ticket bought in 2020? It automatically becomes a WARRIOR Packet!
- All packets are being sold in 3 time pools:
First Pool: February – March 31
Second Pool: April 1 – May 31
Third Pool: June 1 – until the end of the festival - Yes, this year you can buy your ticket on the spot, once you arrive at OldTown (this only applies to the WARRIOR Packet).
- You can pay by card.
- Prices of packets in the First Pool: WARRIOR 269 PLN, HERO 329 PLN, LEGEND 379 PLN
- Second Pool packet prices: WARRIOR 299 PLN, HERO 359 PLN, LEGEND 409 PLN
- Third Pool packet prices: WARRIOR 349 PLN, HERO nope, LEGEND nope (it is not possible to buy these packets) in the Third Pool.
- You can choose the OUTFIT extension to go with the packets, i.e. renting a costume.
- If you wish, you can upgrade your WARRIOR to HERO / LEGEND packet (60 PLN / 110 PLN respectively)
- Purchasers of the HERO and LEGEND packets do not receive any in-game benefits. Splendour however, is a different matter.
- We strongly encourage you to join the #OTCrew, which will allow you to receive the WARRIOR Packet for 0 PLN!
- Your ticket will not be nominative. You will be accredited on the spot upon its presentation.

By joining the OTCrew team, not only you don’t pay for entry, but also you receive a number of free benefits like refreshments or regenerative meals. But in life “nothing comes for free” and you have to give something to get something – that’s why we expect real help from you. What kind of – you’ll find out HERE.

OUTFIT
You don’t have time or you just don’t feel strong enough to complete an effective outfit? Use our experience. Rent a professional costume that meets your expectations!
The cost of renting a postapo costume is 299 PLN. The option of renting an outfit can be an extension of any Packet (WARRIOR, HERO, LEGEND).
The price includes:
- One of six sets of costumes to choose from (fitted). The costumes for participants are prepared by Wasted Couture – true professionals in their field. Check out some examples of their work online or visit their store – wastedcouture.net. Remember, a post-apocalyptic outfit is one of the requirements for participating in OldTown Festival (regulations).
- It is possible to buy a rented costume at an attractive price. After the LARP you will be given the opportunity to buy the costume after agreeing on an individual price.
- One-handed PA styled latex weapon. Weapons made by the OldTown crafting department. Safe and functional. You are guaranteed to pass accreditation
- Glasses / goggles / reflective vest. Goggles and a reflective vest are required items for every OldTown participant. By purchasing accreditation with your outfit, you will receive everything included.

You can sleep just like at home - rent a caravan!
Do you value comfort and intend to get a good night’s sleep during the LARP? Or maybe you are coming from far away? Is your team unable to set up a functional camp? A caravan is the perfect solution for you!
We offer about 15 caravans of different sizes (3 or 4-5 people) and with different facilities (depending on the model).
- The caravans are connected to electricity,
- We park them in the off-game area of OT CAMP,
- Trailers will be available from 4-11 July.
How to rent a trailer?
Write an email to contact@oldtownfestival.net (message title: TRAILER). We will contact you and present you with an offer.
Costs of renting a caravan:
The prices for hiring caravans depend on the equipment and the number of people. Lower cost of renting a 3-person trailer is from 1050 PLN, and a 4-5-person from 1250 PLN.
The caravans belong to an external company, whose services the Organisers used during the OldTown Festival 2019 (and were satisfied!). Each participant is obliged to sign a delivery and acceptance document and enjoy the comfort they could only dream of before! The participant will receive a receipt from the company and, if expressly requested, an invoice. Please note that the number of places is limited!
